Hi taki,

Do I understand correctly that your fundamental issue is that Privoxy no longer appears to work on your machine at all?

First of all then, please install v3.0.34 - the current stable release - from here: https://www.privoxy.org/sf-download-mirror/Win32/3.0.34%20%28stable%29/

WIndows-specific installation instructions are here: https://www.privoxy.org/user-manual/installation.html and I would recommend following the instructions to install it as a service.

Please then reboot and check in your Services control panel whether Privoxy is running. Next (assuming you have correctly configured your web browser to use Privoxy as a proxy) browse to the URL http://p.p - this is the acid test of whether Privoxy is running. If not, edit the configuration to enable a higher degree of logging  - chapter 7.3.1 on this page: https://www.privoxy.org/user-manual/config.html - to try to see why Privoxy is dying.

Let us know the results of these steps.
