Hi there Hong Son,
The simplest solution would be to add https://copilot.microsoft.com to your user actions file with a -filter directive, so that Privoxy does not apply any actions to it at all. Simply navigate to your user.action file and add the following text anywhere within it:
{ -filter }
copilot.microsoft.com
