[Privoxy-users] Build-in support for log file rotation on Windows

I know, I've read the docs and they refer me to my OS facilities to do 
it on the platform. Unfortunately, Privoxy locks the file while it's 
active, meaning no other program may operate on the file, and turning it 
off, rotating, and then on can't be done for obvious reasons. And thus I 
humbly ask for a build-in implementation of this feature. Thanks!
