[Privoxy-users] Should I use a VPN with Privoxy?

Wow!

Thanks Fabian. I kept searching for VPN in the doc. I'm an old mainframe guy and left the IP stuff to the communications folks. At my age it is taking a while to come up to speed on this stuff. Switching from PiHole to Privoxy and Tor is going to be quite an adventure. 

I'm off like a herd of turtles!
