I have JavaScript disabled by default and didn't notice any obvious
problems with the page.

While there's a "AdBlock modal" div in the page source, it looks like it
only gets displayed with JavaScript enabled ...

If you can't live without JavaScript enabled, you could use a filter to
remove the section from the page source (but there may be other
checks elsewhere).
