Privoxy uses the same error templates for http and https requests
but many modern browsers no longer display the responses when they
are the results of CONNECT requests (which are used for https).

Adding support to parse and filter encrypted requests is on the
TODO list but due to lack of time and/or funding currently nobody
is working on it:
