Great.
I take it you mainly approve the release date and are fine with
using 4.1.0 as the version as well.

In my opinion it would be even nicer if someone would cross-build
Privoxy for Windows on a free operating system in a reproducible
fashion.

Thanks for disclosing this.
While building on an unsupported OS may not be ideal, it seems a lot
better to me than having no official Windows binaries at all and I
doubt we'll find a trusted person who can build on Windows 11 before
the next release.
