OK with me.

It would be nice if someone with a Windows 11 machine would build
Privoxy for Windows.   Microsoft dropped support for Windows 10 back
in mid-October and I switched everything except one desktop PC to
Debian.  So I can  build Privoxy for Windows but the build is going to
happen on an unsupported W10 OS.
