[Privoxy-devel] DNS settings for privoxy.org

As you may remember, a couple of years ago I transferred our
domain privoxy.org to SPI after having inheriting it from
Andreas and as a result I lost direct access to the DNS
settings.

A couple of months ago SPI changed the domain registrar
to Gandi and is therefore able to delegate some control
back to members of the Privoxy project.

I used the granted access to add TXT records that should
make it less likely that Google is rejecting mails from
privoxy.org.

I added a google-site-verification hash provided by Lee which
gives Lee some access over domain settings on Google's
side and just added a SPF1 record (which was also provided
by Lee but is not Google-specific).

According to SPI it is possible to grant additional team
members access to the domain settings as long as they have
a Gandi account.

I have not yet checked if changes can be back-traced to
the account that made them or how fine grained the access
control is.

As DNS settings rarely need changes I'm not convinced that
we need another DNS controlling person at the moment but
I'm also not opposed to it.

This is likely the first mail send with a SPF1 record
configured and I hope it makes it trough and is not
rejected by Google.
