[Privoxy-devel] Privoxy commit mail interruption

FYI, the generation of Privoxy commit mail was broken for a couple
of weeks as git_multimail.py was removed from the git package by
upstream.

I only noticed this today and just fixed it by installing the
script through salt instead of relying on the git package.
