This doesn't seem to have happened yet.

I also noticed that visiting https://www.silvester.org.uk/privoxy/
with Tor requires completing a non-free capture. Is there a chance
that you can disable this?

We additionally mirror the SF packages on privoxy.org which
does not depend on SF for hosting.
