My initial reaction was not to accept money from anyone that if I got
an email from them I'd think it should be in my trash folder.  I can't
think of how to turn that into policy language tho :(

Fabian, if you were going to be paid for your time, how much would it
cost to do #16) Filter SSL encrypted content as well?  I'm guessing
EUR 10K wouldn't be enough, so how about adding another level >= 25K?
