To be clear: I din’t mean _you_ have to build Privoxy for Windows (nor
will I—I haven’t had a Windows system for a couple decades), just
wondered if MSYS2 wouldn’t be easier, especially in the longer term.

And as some mentioned, it might even be possible to build them on
linux, but even then it would still be necessary to test on Windows,
and as such someone who actually still uses it (maybe someone who is
forced to) would have to do it.
