[Privoxy-users] Privoxy - Application not launching

Hi Team,
We are 3rd party patch provider like PatchMyPC or ManageEngine. We are providing similar services to our customers.

We are currently testing Privoxy and need assistance with the following queries.
We have tested versions 3.0.34 and 4.0.0, which we downloaded from Privoxy Download Page<https://www.privoxy.org/sf-download-mirror/Sources/>. However, we encountered an issue where the application shortcut does not launch, and it prompts the following error message:

Please note that we are testing the application on Windows 10 (both 64-bit and 32-bit) as well as on a Windows 11 (64-bit) virtual machine.
Could you kindly clarify if there is something that needs to be installed prior to the installation of Privoxy in order for it to function properly?
Additionally, we would like to inquire if the Privoxy application supports auto-upgrades. If so, could you please advise on how to disable auto-updates for all users silently?
We are also looking for a guide on how to perform a silent installation of Privoxy. If such documentation is available, we would appreciate it if you could share the details.
