As mentioned above, please post a Privoxy log excerpt after
reproducing the problem with debugging enabled as documented
at: https://www.privoxy.org/user-manual/contact.html
Does the curl command work when not using Privoxy?
It's conceivable that there's a security policy in place that prevents
Privoxy from talking to local addresses but without more details that's
a guess.
