[Privoxy-users] Log file access error dialog on Windows

Hi Fabian, 

Yes I am, though it runs as my user, which indeed didn't have write access to Privoxy's installation folder. My bad for assuming it would 'just work' right out of the box ;)

I changed the permissions for the log file to solve this, though I should perhaps see if I can set up a non-privileged and non-interactive account for Privoxy to run as.
