[Privoxy-users] how to bypass Privoxy for one url

hello, first time user of Privoxy here...

so far, it is doing a fantastic job of blocking all sorts of debris from 
the net!
but one site that is broken is
https://copilot.microsoft.com

i've been perusing the docs but find them rather overwhelming.
so far, i see two possibilities for me to try:
1) before i use copilot, simply disable Privoxy entirely by FEATURE_TOGGLE.
    but how?
2) permit-access seems like an answer but if i specify e.g.
    permit-access localhost copilot.microsoft.com
    that means i'd have NO access to all other sites, correct?
