[Privoxy-users] Missing template edit-actions-for-url-string-filter

in 3.0.32 (latest package for raspian) I am getting an odd error message since removing and re-installing the package after experimenting with building 3.0.34 from source.
it seems several of the template files are not getting installed anymore and are missing edit-actions-for-url-string-filter is one of them.

Any idea how I can recover these?
