Hi Raphael, 

It is on my to-do list to do so, but I cannot give you a timeline. In the meantime if you desire HTTPS inspection then yes, you will need to build from source. The simplest method to do so is using the OSXPackagebuilder project in our repository. I hope you find it well-documented, but do post here if you have any questions. The only pre-requisite is an installation of the Xcode command line utilities (free from Apple).
