[Privoxy-users] How to Enable TLS Filtering for Dummies

Hi,

using Privoxy 3.0.33 on MacOS Mojave.

First, is Privoxy 3.0.33 compiled with the TLS filtering option for 
MacOS users?

Supposing this option is enabled:

I read the doc at 
https://www.privoxy.org/user-manual/config.html#HTTPS-INSPECTION-DIRECTIVES

I uncommented `ca-directory /usr/local/etc/privoxy/CA` in config file.

(I have created the directory with correct permissions)

Then, I put the following in `user.action` file:

{ +https-inspection }
/

Unfortunately, according to the logfile, Privoxy still does not 
recognise this option in `user.actions`

I must mention that visiting `Conditional #defines:` under 
`http://config.privoxy.org/show-status` page, does not say that whether 
I have TLS filtering option or not.
