Hi V,

We would if we could. To do so would require the development of an actual Android Privoxy app, which the current team lack the skills to do. As things stand, the Android security model means that the only way to make Privoxy start is to rely entirely on a second, independent app (ConnectBot), which has to be configured manually. All this means that it is not possible to make it available as a 'one-click install'. Unless or until an Android app developer packages Privoxy for Android as an app, it will unfortunately have to remain a manually-installed offering.
