Hi Dheeraj,

Instructions for setting up DNS resolution are in the readme.txt file here: https://www.privoxy.org/sf-download-mirror/Android/3.0.26%20%28stable%29/privoxy%20readme.txt

To set up DNS resolution you must edit /sdcard/etc/resolv.conf and uncomment (that is, remove the # character at the beginning of the line) for one or more of the entries listed therein.
