It depends on how the cookie notification is implemented.
For example the Github filter (which is only expected to
work on Github) simply hides the cookie banner using CSS
and Github seems to function anyway.
This would probably work for a fair amount of other websites
but Privoxy currently has not filter that does it.
Explicitly acknowledging is more complicated.
Do you have a certain list of sites in mind?
