Where can I find the public GPG key in order to verify the integrity of the tarballs? It would be nice if it was easily locatable on the website - however maybe I am just not looking in the right places, in which case I'd appreciate a hint and apologize for the false alarm. :-) Thank you, Georg From iansilvester at fastmail.fm Thu Jun 10 02:26:31 2021 From: iansilvester at fastmail.fm (Ian Silvester) Date: Wed, 09 Jun 2021 22:26:31 -0400 Subject: [Privoxy-users] GPG Key In-Reply-To: References: Message-ID: <5d3b41c0-4ec4-4687-8308-9aa7d7194555@www.fastmail.com> Hi Georg, The .asc PGP signatures can be verified in whatever GPG software you use, which should be able to download the public part from a keyserver. I just tried it with KGpg - on clicking 'Verify Signature' I was prompted that part of the key was missing, and did I want for it to be searched for at the keyservers. On clicking yes the signature was verified as belonging to Fabian Keil, who indeed releases the source tarball.
