[Privoxy-users] Help with setting background image (Repost with correct email)

Hi, 

I have not attempted creating custom templates myself so cannot provide direct guidance, but can give some troubleshooting tips. 

What gives you the impression that Privoxy is sourcing from the blocked server? I'd have thought it would be looking on the Privoxy server, presumably in the same folder that contains your custom template? Could you provide an extract of the Privoxy log file, having first enabled it per the documentation?
