Hi Lee, thx. Coincidentally I'm a programmer and I can try to figure it out 
(haven't succeeded yet :-) due to lack of time) from the source code from
the link you gave. But of course for average users this information should
be written in the documentation.

Btw, I tried the "debug 512" (Common Debug Format) as the only debug line in
the config, and this one produces a much different format: it now shows also
the IP where the request came from. I'm now using that format.
