Hi Graeme,

This would be possible but neither convenient nor especially reliable.
You would have to write a custom filter per web site where you want this
behaviour and this would also mean storing your credentials in the
Privoxy filter file. See the documentation to learn how to write
filters.

If security is not a consideration for you you're better off using a web
browser that offers this feature IMO.
