Hi Atar,



No, I only wrote the documentation that accompanies the release; the
reconfiguration and cross-compilation was done by Atman Sense (a user on
this list), however I assume he used the Gentoo package as a basis,
which is available here
https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/net-proxy/privoxy and lists the USE
flags you're looking for.
