Sorry, no.

There was a "Windows XP support?" thread on privoxy-devel that started Jan
4, 2022 that pretty much sums up my knowledge of which version of privoxy
will run on which version of Windows  ... which was pretty much "I have no
first-hand knowledge.  Sorry."
