I think the output was sufficient to investigate the issue.

As it turns out these four tests require FEATURE_HTTPS_INSPECTION
to be available but this dependency isn't registered at the moment
so the tests aren't skipped automatically when the feature isn't
available.

Can you confirm that FEATURE_HTTPS_INSPECTION is not listed as
"enabled" at https://config.privoxy.org/show-status when using
the Privoxy binary you are testing?
