I thought about downloading the file from privoxy homepage, but had to
notice that the primary download
(https://www.privoxy.org/sf-download-mirror/) still has 3.0.34, while
the first mirror (https://www.silvester.org.uk/privoxy/) returns 500
Internal Server Error...
