[Privoxy-devel] Releasing 3.0.35 or 4.0?

Hi Fabian, 

I just pulled master and tried to checkout v_4_0_0 and got:

error: pathspec 'v_4_0_0' did not match any file(s) known to git

Am I correct to guess that the tagging has not yet been done?
