It surely wouldn't hurt.

The curl patches have been accepted upstream but later
on the curl upstream commit 707f74c04afa864d broke stuff
and I just noticed this today:
fk at t520 ~/git/privoxy/tests/cts $./run-privoxy-tests.sh
Test scenario: acl-destination-denied
Overwriting default TESTDIR with /home/fk/git/privoxy/tests/cts/acl-destination-denied/data
Failed to set $HOSTIP to 127.0.0.1: Global symbol "$HOSTIP" requires explicit package name (did you forget to declare "my $HOSTIP"?) at (eval 12) line 1.

This should work but I'm also currently working on getting the cts code
into the git master branch and hope to get this done in the next couple
of days.
