The Debian freeze iterations are a little complex to understand, so my
above summary "I'd like to upload it before end of January" is still
valid. On February 15th the second freeze iteration starts, which
means that the new Debian package has to be uploaded a week before to
make it into testing release (becoming Debian 12), otherwise it may
stay in unstable release and the old package stays in Debian 12.
So I'd prefer a privoxy release in January, but a release in the first
weekend of February would be also okay (if you don't add new breaking
changes ;-) )
Greetings
Roland
