The Privoxy Windows zip + installation packages have been uploaded to
SourceForge.
My gnupg key had expired so I bumped the expiration date. Anyone know
where to upload the updated public key? I tried uploading to
http://pgpkeys.mit.edu/ but it says
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to
maintenance downtime or capacity problems.
