I intend to tag v_3_0_34 and upload the source tarball tomorrow.

As usual I intend to wait a couple of days with the announcement
mail to give packagers time to provide binary packages.

At the moment it's unclear to me whether or not there will
be binary packages for Windows.

I'm CC'ing Lee again but I don't know if Google accepts my mails
or silently discards them. AFAIK normal mails from Mailman still
bounce so Mailman has unsubscribed all gmail.com addresses.

I'll probably mention this issue in the announcement message.
