Got it. Since I now have a functional docbook environment, I'll update documentation to indicate that Vista is now the minimum supported Windows version. Do either of you know when we introduced the use of GetTickCount64()? It might be helpful for those still using XP if we can let them know the last version that supports that version of the OS.
