Hi Slavik,
As an existing Privoxy user on Android you'll know that there is a dependency on a terminal emulator to actually execute Privoxy. The contributor who built the previous Privoxy Android binary has let me know that Termux (the pre-eminent Android terminal emulator) has for some years now included Privoxy as an installable option, currently at v3.0.32. Installation is apparently as simple as 'pkg install privoxy' at the Termux command line, and Termux also offers the benefit of a boot-time module to start Privoxy automatically when you start your phone.
All this to say that the Privoxy project will no longer be offering an Android binary since the Termux offering is better integrated with the Android OS.
Hope this is helpful,
Ian
