In the future, please avoid adding whole change logs
from third-parties to commit messages as the license
terms aren't always obvious and what is "fair use"
varies among countries.

Providing the URL and optionally quoting the most
important parts should be sufficient.

This will become especially relevant in the future when you
may want to update to a Mbed TLS version that is no longer
distributed under the GPLv2.
