The obsolete pcre code was removed in 878f6fc958.

The commit diff didn't make it to privoxy-commits@
as the size was quite a bit above the limit
("Message body is too big: 1006411 bytes with a limit of 40 KB").

As list moderator I obviously could have approved the message
manually but decided not to.
