I like the idea of providing a Windows package with current PCRE, brotli
and mbedTLS very much but would prefer a different classification as we
already use "beta" for Privoxy's CODE_STATUS.
I also suspect that "beta" would discourage users as they might
assume that the "stable" package would be more current.
Maybe call it something like Privoxy-with-https-inspection
to make the main difference more obvious and encourage testing.
HTTPS inspection is already marked as experimental in the
documentation so adding an additional classification for
the packaging probably isn't necessary.
Do you intend to build and package PCRE, brotli and mbedTLS
yourself or do you rely on cygwin binaries or something else?
