[Privoxy-devel] Do extended statistics work on Windows?

For me, FEATURE_EXTENDED_STATISTICS work normally even when I don't use
this patch.
It still shows Block Reason Statistics, Content Filter Statistics counter
when i go to config.privoxy.org/show-status.
