[Privoxy-devel] Can not compile with openssl 1.0.2

Hi, I tried to compile privoxy with openssl ver 1.0.2 on cygwin and msys2
in windows 10. But, i got this error:

openssl ver 1.1.1 seem to work fine.

Can anyone look at this problem and provide the patch to fix it.
