[Privoxy-devel] Release date for Privoxy 3.0.29

Fine with me, though obviously for the moment my opinion doesn't count for much.

I now have a Macintosh in the house once again though (albeit not running the latest macOS), so at some point I will try to get a development environment working  so as to restart contributing macOS packaged builds.
