[Privoxy-devel] Changing sponsor amounts from EUR to USD

I've received a request from SPI to specifiy sponsor amounts
in USD instead of EUR because it makes thinks easier for them.

Sponsors prefer using SPI because they can send invoices.

If there are no objections I'll change the amounts
as follows:

Gold:  12000 USD
Silver: 1200 USD
Bronze:  600 USD

This would make sponsoring Privoxy slightly more expensive
as I've rounded the amounts up.
