It isn't going to be a trivial port :(

MSYS2 was easy enough to get installed but that's just the basic
system -- it's the same thing as with cygwin; basic install and then
you have to install all the other bits you need.
Hopefully I just have to figure out what else I need to install since
the build dies fairly early with unknown type names in win32.h and
win32log.h
