[Privoxy-devel] Removing OS/2 support and the fallback snprintf() implementation

If there are no objections I intend to remove OS/2 support
before the next release.

We haven't provided OS/2 binary packages for a couple of
years now and nobody has complained.

OS/2 support complicates the code and it relies on a
snprintf() implementation (in miscutil.c) whose license
is GPLv2 without upgrade option or "Frontier Artistic License".

The lack of the GPL upgrade option complicates the license terms
for Privoxy and removing the snprintf() implementation and the
OS/2 support that depends on it solves the issue.
