[Privoxy-devel] missing windows/GNUmakefile (was: Privoxy 3.0.27 has been tagged)

There's no windows/GNUmakefile!

.gitignore has a line
GNUmakefile
so maybe that's why it didn't get uploaded?  If that is the case, how
do I override .gitignore and _not_ ignore windows/GNUmakefile?

Then again, considering it made it up to my github copy, maybe I just
screwed up somehow & never uploaded it.

In any case, I used my local copy of windows/GNUmakefile to build
privoxy-3.0.27-stable.  I just want to make sure that isn't enough of
a problem to require creating a new source tarball.
