Fabian,

How do you build the man page & convert to html?  I did
  make man
  make dok-man
and my privoxy-man-page.html doesn't match up very well with yours.

And it seems like the instructions for rebuilding the docs isn't quite
rite.  How about this:

         All documentation should be rebuilt:

+  $ make man
   $ make dok
+  $ make dok-man
   $ make dok-tidy
-  $ make man
   $ make config-file

         Finished docs should be then be committed to Git (for those
