Ian made the changes & sent them to me to check since he doesn't have
a docbook build system set up yet..  Since I have the changes, he's on
vacation, & I didn't want to make changes to something he's been
working on, rather than make me wait until he's back from vacation he
said it was ok to push the changes for him.
